▶ 3:00:01 Speaker 5: anything they'd like to share mr. calm I know it's late I've got a lot of these and I'm not proposing to test anyone's patience so let me just select one the activity fees working group met last night we meet again one more time and I and i just want to say steve fogarty and anthony de benedetto have gone way above and beyond as well as the other educators and parents on this committee um such that um superintendent you're going to get a set of uh well thought out data driven recommendations uh you're going to get them on time and on budget um and i think you'll be pleased but the work these people put in is is unbelievable um you know we were there till nine o'clock last night uh they had been there all day they worked on it all afternoon and this is like the fifth meeting we've had we've got another one so i can't say enough about what they did uh and i think for the first time other than in someone's head uh all of the data is collected participation rates revenues expenditures um so i think you get had a great set of recommendations and most importantly supported by the data and I'll report on some of these other liaison things let me just say you know it took me a long time to be convinced about the value of the liaison reports the first meeting I had with Jess Dugan she said it's one of the most important things we do and it took me a long time to buy into that and do it but it absolutely is and I know I've tested folks patients and having like six reports and I know I'm testing people's patients right now part of the reason I do it is is to emphasize the importance particularly as we have three new people coming in and and I know we're going to talk about orientation and training and bringing people on board that has to be an important part of it so that's also
