▶ 2:56:57 Jessica Dugan: recommendation under one of our action items to have a subcommittee meeting in december where each subcommittee has the opportunity to uh share their progress where they are and what's coming forward into next year i think that if we're going to do that we need to secure a date immediately um so i would just say we can discuss everything else next time but how should we do

▶ 2:57:26 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: that how should we find those dates um i would um look at your own schedules the subcommittee chairs and certainly it would be a publicly posted meeting um that anybody could attend certainly our new committee members so we um you know would certainly you might want to reach out to them and you know ensure that they could likely attend and certainly i think we should let our board of new board and current board of aldermen um attend to um so it's just a proposal to to it's not necessary it's not a meeting of the whole it's a meeting of the subcommittee it's an opportunity to for example walk through the rolling agenda so what does that mean what kind of context is there to walk through some for example the policy manual how is how does it happen what does it mean what are the things that we talk about what kinds of things when we've talked about additional presentations in collaboration with the superintendent say around an educational topic so it would be an EP and P subcommittee technically so what would that look like so it's that how do we make decisions

▶ 2:58:47 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: subcommittee well you could do each one independent I think you'll have enough content that you might want to have a couple and if there's also nothing to say that once people are in their positions next year wherever they are that they couldn't hold that meeting and have it be a collaborative information sharing so this was just one thought but it's it's completely up to the subcommittee chairs how you would like to structure that or if you want to do it if you feel it's necessary if you don't feel it's necessary that's fine it
