So you will see the final three meetings of the year and we will be adding in the snow cancellation project. I'm not gonna say that other phrase. For November 28th, so I will invite Mrs. Hogan to add that to the agenda for the 28th, please. I believe that the rest of the items are accurate, but certainly we will follow our normal process. would remind everybody that your end of year subcommittee reports are due at that time and that will provide some some good thoughts for for the future so that is the story on the 2017 calendar are there any questions about that what

▶ 2:52:11 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: coming so our inauguration is January 8th I believe it will be the beautiful event it usually is looking forward to that so you'll see that a couple things are enhanced in this particular calendar I've added in the three member participation events that we do as a group because I think they're so meaningful for the committee to come together I've also added in the joint meetings I guess those were there before and I've added in the goal-setting retreat a tentative date for the goal-setting retreat of September 22nd I will invite us at this point because the dates in here are the ones that we voted earlier in the year we do have a conflict the superintendent and I determined September 18th is a conflict with a religious holiday so we will need to reschedule that meeting our proposal is September 4th so we would have a meeting on the 28th of august and then the 4th of september but um the um the other dates in september are not viable the 11th is not viable nor is the 18th so if we intend to stay with our tuesday meeting schedule that would be the next best option without completely overloading another their date finally I would ask for consideration I did not put a proposal in here but we had talked at one time about a February retreat date so I would certainly be happy to consider that perhaps the first Saturday in February might be good because we don't want to run into school vacation week and so I think that's the date we discussed, right?
