▶ 1:04:08 Speaker 4: behalf of birth to five Melrose birth of five the the principals of the elementary schools held their annual welcome to kindergarten presentation and then subsequently the series of tours of each of the schools for incoming kindergarten parents and they'll be doing it the second iteration of that show and after the holiday break and I just wanted to thank them for all the work that they did on that presentation the idea originally came out of birth to five and they took it and ran with it and have a really comprehensive presentation that they do the some of the tours that the schools were led by students who are members of the student councils so I think it's just become a very comprehensive and informative event for new families to our district

▶ 1:05:05 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: anyone else seeing none next on our agenda you will see the rolling agenda as reference at our last meeting we had I had taken the ruling agenda and discussed that at length with the superintendent heard feedback from you folks and a tentative agenda is before you we had also voted to change a couple meetings in there based on religious holidays and so forth so you'll also note that something new this year pardon me is the inclusion of some of the community events that it is the privilege of the committee to participate in so that is certainly there for our incoming folks and as much for the community to show the importance to us of community involvement taking the opportunities to listen and participate and support the many organizations and families in the city of Melrose so any questions on the rolling agenda that will be updated periodically as always if you have suggestions for changes please bring them forward and there's certainly a
