▶ 38:29 Speaker 6: okay thank you Ms. Dugan as Ms. Dugan said there's a lengthy memo there i thank the members of the oversight committee some of them are here tonight Nancy Naslis i see enemies am i missing somebody that was on the committee those two are here and they can speak to it as well if they feel free if they feel they need to or want to they we have worked hard i will tell you thank god my staff are better at google than i am because they created documents for us to share and they created a survey for us to put out there and we have come to agreement on some the concerns that were laid out in the side letter plus additional concerns that the committee brought up those concerns i'm not going to go through them piece by piece you've all read it um have proposed resolutions or action steps we can take there are a couple of things that i still need to take care of personally but those are not matters that are impacting teachers mainly they have to do with ed stations as you all know we recently had a change in administration at ed stations and we have a number of issues to resolve there but we are fully confident Ms. Farrell and I that we will have those resolved by the time we convert to the latest dot times in the fall so if the committee has any questions I'll
