▶ 1:05:55 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: questions seeing none next on our agenda there are three policies our process will be as follows on the December 12th agenda you would have seen these policies for informational review and our process is that then we would have a first vote at our next meeting we would have a second vote generally that is included in the consent agenda unless it is determined that there might be substantive conversation that would lend itself better to subcommittee discussion so for tonight I'm going to invite a vote around each policy separately there are times when we combine them and times when we do them separately these are quite different so I would invite us to vote them separately for each one I would like to number one thank mr. O'Connell for preparing these for our consideration and I will invite him to speak to each one before we entertain a motion or any discussion on each one so mr.
