I'm the committee's chairman, Mike Zwirko. We are joined this evening by voting members, Vice Chairman and Ward 4, Alderman Bob Boisselle, Alderman at, excuse me, Alderman at Large, Manisha Butra, Ward 6, Alderman Peter Mortimer, and ex-official member, President of the Board of Aldermen, Gail Infurna.
