Zwirko: good sir i'll withdraw my request thank you alderman uh will the second be withdrawn and not a second yes i understand i i apologize you're right there's no second on an immediate consideration so this order will be sent to the appropriations committee i'm going to note this and i also wanted to say one thing to the members of the public there will be a notice that's in the newspaper on thursday i believe it's the 8th of this week so interested candidates should please send a cover letter as well as a copy of their resume to amy camosa our city clerk of committees although she's also now our incoming city clerk and then pursue it to rule 52 14 days after the notice is placed in the newspaper which is this thursday that is the deadline for cover letter and resumes to be submitted i will also note that you must be a resident of ward 5. if you have questions whether or not you're in your ward you could go to the city's website in the elections page and you can punch in your address and it will tell you where you live any other inquiries you could be directed to amy camosa the next order madam clerk
