Zwirko: participation I just wanted to state this meeting is being recorded in accordance with the open meeting law and it can be viewed on the city's website as well as on mmtv3.org we have a motion to open the floor for public participation which was made by alderman mortimer seconded by alderman Boisselle on discussion hearing none all in favor aye any opposed or none the floor is now open for public participation we have one order before us this evening and i'll just read that order it is order 2018-135 election to fill ward 5 vacancy created by the incumbent gail m Infurna becoming mayor on february 5th 2018. said election shall be conducted pursuant to section 2-11c of the city charter and in accordance with rule 52 of the rules of order of the board of aldermen any members of the public wishing to speak on this order
