▶ 14:36 Speaker 1: order sure um good evening good evening we um are very honored that we um we were approached by donate life they wished to make a gift to the library and the amount of ten thousand dollars um the purpose is to create a memorial reading nook at the library may have specified knowing that we are looking at a possible renovation with the board of library commissioners grant they did specify that the money should be held pending that process so that if we go forward with the renovation the reading nook would be part of that that process

Zwirko: appropriate purpose thank you thank you madam chair thank you for being here this evening to explain this order I was just curious I didn't I couldn't find it there I presume that the monies that have come in were obviously donated from Donate Life Melrose, but it doesn't state the the dedication that it will be for. Has it been named? Is it in memory of Donate Life Melrose? Is it a certain

Zwirko: good thank you for that and in the event that the renovation doesn't go through what will happen with these said funds will they be moved back to donate life I guess given returned to them or will they stay in a separate account until another process comes up I mean maybe that hasn't been determined at this
