It is the taxi non-renewals, those are the taxi drivers who have chosen not to seek to renew their Hackney carriage license at this time. The President Worker has made a motion that we place this order on file, duly seconded by Alderman Boycelle. On discussion, seeing none, all in favor of placing this order, a recommendation to place this order on file at the full board, please say aye. Aye. Any opposed, hearing none, this order will be recommended to the full board for placement on file. The next order we have before us is order 2018-174. It is livery renewals.
