Mortimer: up on our agenda it hasn't been tabled with your permission uh madam chair may i speak informally please thank you um we have had a motion to hold this is a strange way we are operating under new parameters from the state directive in committee we have done in the past motions to hold in committee at the full board where it's a little more formal we've had a motion to lay the order on the table but it seems that um and this is certainly open to a variety of opinions if we're going to continue to keep bringing this order out it's kind of awkward to say to remove it from hold to take it out from hold if we take it out and then incorporate the particular revolving accounts for the particular night back into it then we can lay it back on the table so just a humble suggestion we may want to uh treat it with the uh more formal policy and continue to lay it on the uh table but either way we'll get there i'm just sure thank you alderman i
