This meeting is being recorded pursuant to the open meeting law. It can be viewed on MMTV, also on MMTV's website later in the week, as well as the link to it at the city's website. ▶ 26:35 Michael P. Zwirko: Before we address the issue of public comment, I would just like to state that public participation rules do declare that folks speaking in the public speak to the items that are on the agenda this evening. We also have three minutes to complete before we have to move on a public hearing that is at 8 p.m. So whoever may speak, I just ask that you defer to that time, and we can continue after the public hearings can continue. That being said, there is a motion on the floor to open public participation, which has been made by Alderman Mortimer and has been seconded by Alderman Boisselle. All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed?
