I go by Jaron or whatever you guys like to call me, but please just don't call me late for dinner. as is implied in my title I am a minister I've been a minister for 20 plus years and although I don't have a congregation in Melrose you get to live out your faith everywhere you go part of that is ensuring that people from all walks of life have someone at the table speaking up for them and for what's right in which is what led me to be interested in the Human Rights Commission besides my ministry I've also had a career in human services with a little bit of education in there so I am excited to bring all of that to the table and serve my community we've been here my wife and two daughters and I for three years now and we love Melrose thank you thank you do you think Thorp

Many times in urban areas in the education system, we don't see as much parental involvement, so my research looks at how we can specifically target African American fathers, how we can engage them almost recruit them show them the benefits of enhancing their children's education and not just enhancing their education but the trajectory trajectory of their careers and academic achievement on through
