Medeiros: through the process of reauthorizing all of the revolving accounts and due to changes in the Municipal Modernization Act we are looking at this in one big block which we are going to set this into ordinance so this chart that we have here delineates all the different revolving accounts and their purpose the way fees are raised and what they can be spent on so whatever we decide today will actually become ordinance at the end of our vote today so these changes in terms of the inspectional services account the first the the source of the funds change had previously just said fees from inspections of multifamily homes when mr. Johnson was here before us he mentioned that he also uses the fees from the inspection of daycares and places that serve alcohol like restaurants so this is to incorporate that as well as a memo from mr.
