▶ 0:04 Jennifer L. Lemmerman: Good evening. The hour being 715 on July 16th, 2018. I call to order the appropriations committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV and is also available on the Melrose City website. This is a committee of the whole board. I am the chair, Alderman Lemmerman. I'm joined this evening by Vice Chair Alderman Forbes, as well as committee members Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Wright, Alderman Medeiros, Alderman, or President Dworkin.
