We need to start our meetings within 30 minutes of their posted time, and the full board of Alderman meeting was posted at 745. So we will open it and quickly recess it and resume the Appropriations Committee and take up the business on which we were working. uh just a few moments ago the reason i am here is i am the senior alderman for the melrose board of alderman the longest serving alderman so under our rules once again i chair the opening of this
