▶ 21:30 Speaker 4: street this is actually not on your agenda but it is a public works question and it's pretty straightforward i've noticed recently in the free press and the other melrose newspaper that the public works is advertising for sewer and or water jobs and asking people to bid but they're not putting the estimated value of the project on that invitation to bid if you look at dot biddings in like the boston globe or boston water and sewer they always put an estimated project value and this is important as a rate payer that we at least get to look and see you know how much was spending so that's all i have thanks for your time okay thank you thank
