Before we hear the motion that has been proffered, I would just like to state for the record that this meeting is being held in accordance with the open meeting law. It is being recorded, and it is being televised live on MMTV. It can also be watched after this meeting is concluded on MMTV as well as the link from our city website. We have a motion that is on the floor that has been made by Alderman Mortimer. It has been seconded by Alderman Vision. It is to open the floor for public comment. All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? At this moment, anybody that is here before us this evening that would like to speak on any item that is before our agenda, you may feel free to do so.
