▶ 0:04 Jennifer L. Lemmerman: Good evening. The hour being 7 30 on Tuesday, November 13th, I call to order this meeting of the Appropriations Committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen. This is a committee of the whole. I'm the chair, Alderman Lemmerman, and I'm joined this evening by Vice Chair Alderman Forbes, as well as committee members Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Wright, Alderman Medeiros, President Zwirko, Alderman Lipper-Garabedian, and Alderman McMaster. This meeting is being recorded in accordance with the open meeting law. It is viewed on both MMTV as well as the City of Melrose website.
