▶ 40:53 Speaker 1: Alderman McMaster.
▶ 40:54 Shawn M. MacMaster: Madam Chair, if I could have a very brief moment for a point of personal privilege to recognize some guests in the chamber. Go ahead. With us this evening are members of the Weebelow Scouts, Dens 4 and 8 from PAC 615. They are working on an Arrow of Light Award, which requires them to learn about the rule of law and to meet with a government official. So I had the pleasure of speaking with them earlier this evening to talk about the rule of law, to talk about the role of the Board of Aldermen, and to put into context a local law. So they are here to learn about the snow ordinance. They shared their views with me. They're a group of very bright young men. I think the future of Melrose. So I was pleased to interact with them and get a chance to hear their input they are joined by assistant club master Lloyd Graves the third who's a ward 5 resident and his son Lloyd Graves 5 excuse me Lloyd Graves 4 who is also a ward 5 resident so I'm pleased to have them here and I wanted to thank all the boys in attendance for your input and for being here this evening I know it's getting late so thank you thank you
