This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. It can also be accessed on the city of Melrose website. I am the chair, Alderman Lemmerman, I am joined this evening by committee members Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Wright, Alderman Medeiros, President Zwirko, Alderman Bewtra, Alderman Lipper-Garabedian. Alderman McMaster did ask me to convey that he is out traveling out of state and regrets that he can't be here this evening. So moved. Second.
