▶ 0:00 Jennifer L. Lemmerman: Good evening. Excuse me. The hour being 730 on November 26, 2018. I call to order the appropriations committee of the board of aldermen of the city of Melrose. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. It can also be accessed on the city of Melrose website. I am the chair, Alderman Lemmerman, I am joined this evening by committee members Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Wright, Alderman Medeiros, President Zwirko, Alderman Bewtra, Alderman Lipper-Garabedian. Alderman McMaster did ask me to convey that he is out traveling out of state and regrets that he can't be here this evening. So moved. Second.
