I am the chairwoman, Alderman Lipper-Garabedian, and I'm joined tonight by Vice Chair Alderman Boisselle and voting members Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Zwirko, Alderman Bewtra, and President Lemmerman. Alderman Forbes is unfortunately homesick tonight and Alderman McMaster had a previous community commitment so they cannot be here this evening. This meeting is being recorded in accordance with the open meeting law. It can be viewed on MMTV as well as streaming on the MMTV website and it will be available on the City of Melrose website.
