I am the committee's chairman, Alderman at Large Michael Zwirko. We are joined this evening by voting members Alderman at Large Manisha Bewtra, Alderman at Large Monica Medeiros, and ex-officio member, President of the Board, Alderman Jennifer Lemmerman. We also have non-voting members of the committee joining us tonight. They are Alderman Robert Boisselle, Alderman at Large at-large Kate Lipper-Garabedian Alderman John Tramontozzi Alderman Sean McMaster and Alderman Peter Mortimer in accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded as well as being broadcast live on MMTV and copies of this meeting are available for viewing on the city's website in addition to MMTV3.org the Public Service Committee has four orders before it this evening before this committee addresses those order that would like to open the floor for public participation so moved motion has been made by Alderman Medeiros to open the floor for public participation is there a second second second by alderman Bewtra all those in favor any opposed hearing none this is the portion of the meeting where we have the floor open for any member of the public wishing to speak on any of the four orders that are before us this evening seeing no members of the public in the chamber will there be a motion to

Zwirko: to close public participation made by alderman Bewtra second by alderman Medeiros all in favor aye any opposed public participation is now closed we do have four orders before us this evening these four orders are actually all for the same position as well as they are all reappointments I will read the four orders but at this time the chair would entertain a motion to combine all four orders therefore we can take care of them in one fell swoop I will read the orders the first order this evening is order 2019-65 is a reappointment of mary sexton 19 sears ave to the memorial hall board of trustees for a three-year term said term to expire on the last day of february 2022 next order is order 2019-66 reappointment of laura paladino 67 ardsmore road and to the memorial hall board of trustees for a three-year term said term to expire on the last day of february 2022 third order is order 2019-67 reappointment of eric denoto 142 yule street to the memorial hall board of trustees for a three-year term said term to expire on the last day of february 2021 and the final order order 2019-68 reappointment of lewis p izzy 45 damon ab to the memorial hall board of trustees for a three-year term said term to expire the last day
