I am the committee's chairman, Alderman at Large Michael Zwirko. We are joined this evening by voting members Alderman at Large Manisha Bewtra, Alderman at Large Monica Medeiros, and ex-officio member, President of the Board, Alderman Jennifer Lemmerman. We also have non-voting members of the committee joining us tonight.
