▶ 0:02 Kate Lipper-Garabedian: The hour being 7.30 p.m. on Thursday, May 9th. I call to order the Appropriations Committee. This is a committee of the whole. I am Chairwoman Kate Lipper-Garabedian. I'm joined tonight by Vice Chair Boisselle and Alderman Peter Mortimer, John Tramontozzi, Monica Medeiros, Scott Forbes, Michael Zwirko, Manisha Butra, and President Lemmerman. Alderman McMaster wanted everyone to know he's already to miss tonight but he is with our Melrose public school students who are on their way to DC for the Memorial Day weekend in accordance with the open
