▶ 40:02 Speaker 1: Thank you, Mr. Salm. That brings us to the announcements to the Chair. First up, Superintendent End-of-Cycle Evaluation Plan. In the packet is a document describing the process that we will follow. It is in keeping with past practice and procedure in this regard. The Superintendent will present a report in this regard at our next meeting on June 25th. The members will be provided an evaluation form use in support of the evaluation process as always members are encouraged to meet with the superintendent one-on-one in this regard and members will be asked to return the completed evaluation form by the June 25th meeting date to me as chair and that will allow me to prepare a an executive summary which will incorporate all of our respective evaluations and I'll present that at our meeting on July 30th any comments or questions in that regard seeing none thank you for that that brings us to the school committee meeting calendar for 2020 I have prepared and included in the packet a proposed meeting calendar for the calendar year 2020 and I was able to prepare that in consultation with the Board of Aldermen I'd like to thank the clerk of committees Kristen foot for her assistance in that regard and her time in that regard as well this does require a vote so for purposes of discussion or otherwise is there a motion to approve
