We will be returning to public session after the executive session. THE BASIS FOR THE NEED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION IS AS FOLLOWS. TO APPROVE EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES OF JUNE 11, 2019 AND TO DISCUSS STRATEGY WITH RESPECT TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REGARDING A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE MELROSE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION UNIT A, WHEN AN OPEN DISCUSSION WILL HAVE A DETRIMENTAL EFFECT ON THE NEGOTIATING POSITION OF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE.
