▶ 8:39 Kate Lipper-Garabedian: good evening the hour being 730 on Thursday July 18th 2019 the Appropriations Committee for the Melrose Board of Aldermen is called to order I I am Chairwoman Alderman Lipper-Garabedian and joined tonight by members of the board, Vice Chair Alderman Boisselle, as well as Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Forbes, Alderman Zwirko, Alderman McMaster, and President Lemmerman. This is a committee of the whole. In accordance with the open meeting law, we are being recorded live and being broadcast on MMTV, both on the television and online. this meeting will also be recorded and available on the city of Melrose website after tonight's meeting and before we open the floor for public comment I understand that this week the Melrose community and specifically our school department lost a beloved member high school social studies teacher Mike noon passed away and so I would ask that we have a moment of silence to recognize his contributions to our city and also in sympathy to his family thank you is
