▶ 1:30:02 Speaker 4: briefly as liaison to the special education parents Advisory Committee I attended their monthly meeting last night terrific as always for those who are interested members of the public family members families and caregivers of our students this is an organization that meets monthly to discuss special education matters it is part advocacy group part support group and I would encourage anyone with an interest in special education to check in with the special education parents Advisory Committee and more pointedly their annual basic rights workshop is scheduled tentatively scheduled for our Monday October 28th 2019 at the high school at 7 p.m. so well worth and we have some time before that date so we'll be reminding folks of that and lastly by way of information not only to the public but to the members of the committee actually most of whom may know this our state senator Jason Lewis is hosting a roundtable discussion on the recently unveiled Student Opportunity Act this is the legislation looking to reform our state's education funding formula the roundtable discussion will be held on Wednesday October 2nd at 7 p.m. at the Stoneham Central Middle School anything else from the committee
