▶ 1:51:50 Speaker 1: again the school committee regular meeting minutes for September 24 2019 is there a motion to approve so moved made by Miss Driscoll seconded by Miss McAndrew discussion seeing none all those in favor opposed abstentions and that passes with five in favor one absent and one abstention thank you all for that and that brings us to the regular announcements of the school committee chair first up committee action items for smart goals I would suggest that we take these one by one first up the proposed action items for school committee smart goal number one these action items were prepared by Miss Driscoll and myself and I would note that I am remiss in not having affixed to them a completion date or schedule and what I would like to suggest by way of amendment would leave of the committee is that we for each of these four action steps that we have a completion date of November slash December and mr. school if you feel otherwise I'd be interested to hear that so with that change again with completion dates for November slash December is there a mode for purposes of discussions or motion to approve made by Ms. McAndrew, seconded by Ms. DeSelm.
