▶ 2:48 Michael P. Zwirko: Quick point of order, Mr. President. Yes, please. Could you just remind the audience that this meeting is being recorded just pursuant to the open meeting law?

▶ 3:44 Speaker 4: name and address for the record please James Keene I'm at 182 Woodcrest Drive Melrose thank you sir and I am a member of the Melrose Veterans Advisory Board who has been asked to appear tonight to express our appreciation to the board for entertaining the veterans plate or veterans parking spot adjacent to City Hall as part of the brave act I understand it's going to go to committee and we will be having our meeting so we'll be discussing that our position on on the matter, but our position right now is just to express our deep appreciation for this. It may be a small thing, but these small things mean a lot to the veterans community here. And so I want to express, ladies and gentlemen, thank you very, very much.
