▶ 20:32 Speaker 1: uh next up on our agenda is executive session the school committee does have need of an executive session this evening and let me say by way of information that the school committee will be returning to public session immediately after our executive session with regard to the executive session for the record let me state that the need is based on the following to approve executive session minutes of August 27 2019 to approve executive session minutes of September 14 2019 to discuss strategy with respect to threatened litigation involving a personnel matter when an open discussion may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the school committee to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining regarding a side letter of agreement with the Melrose Education Association unit B school secretaries when an open discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the school committee and lastly to conduct contract negotiations with non-union personnel. All of that said, is there a motion to adjourn to executive session made by Ms. Driscoll? Second. Seconded by Ms. Razzi-Thomas. Discussion? Roll call.
