The hour being 7.30 on Thursday, November 14th, I call to order the Appropriations Committee of the Melrose City Council. I am the chair, Councilor Lipper-Garabedian, and I'm joined tonight by Vice Chair, Councilor Boisselle, and Councilors Peter Mortimer, Monica Medeiros, Scott, I'm sorry, Michael Zwerko, Manisha Bewtra, Sean McMaster, Jeff McNaught, and President Scott Forbes. Welcome to our new Ward 2 counselor, Mike Knott. This meeting is being recorded in accordance with the open meeting law and will be available streaming on MMTV.
