Essentially, this request is being made because the existing pole is anchored into a tree. I'm not sure how many of you remember the tree on Bellevue that had a similar situation and we finally got National Grid to take the anchor out of the tree because the tree was this was a tree but in this case and before the tree had a chance to actually have the anchor removed after we approved it the tree then fell and hit a car so in this instance this is a tree that the residents have said is dying they would like to take it down it has branches dropping it's a private tree it has branches that are dropping on their garage and they'd like to have the tree taken down but right now the tree is supporting a pole and so the request from National Grid is to put in a new pole to support the pole across the street so they can remove the the
