Forbes: bought it from the russians in 1954 good evening time being eight o'clock on this 18th day of November I call to order this meeting of the Melrose City Council before we do get started I'd like to acknowledge Ward 2 Councillor Jeff McNaught who's participating in his first city council meeting welcome and also the council does want to extend their congratulations to Mayor Paul Broder who was sworn in this morning in front of family and friends within these council chambers this meeting is being recorded in accordance to our Massachusetts general open meeting laws all meetings are broadcast live on MMTV and can be access through the City of Morrow's website as well.
