▶ 0:07 John N. Tramontozzi: Good evening. As the hour is 7.30 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2019, this is the Melrose City Council Public Works Committee. I am the chair of this committee, Councilor Tramontozzi.

▶ 0:22 John N. Tramontozzi: Also with us this evening is Councilor Boisselle, Vice Chair. Also voting members, Councilor Mortimer, Councilor Lipper-Garabedian, Councilor McMaster, President, Ex Officio Officers, Councilor Forbes. Also with us this evening, non-voting members, Councilor Medeiros, Councilors Workow, Councilor Bewtra, and welcome our newest Councilor, McNaught. As usual, this meeting, pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, is being recorded and available for review through MMTV and the City of Melrose website. At this time, I ask for a motion to open the floor for public comment.
