▶ 40:53 Kate Lipper-Garabedian: hour being 745 I call to order the Appropriations Committee of the Melrose City Council this is a committee of the whole I'm the chair LaFleur Garabedian and I'm joined tonight by vice chair city councillor Bob Boisselle and voting members councillors Tram and Tosi, Wright, Zwirko, Bewtra, McMaster, McNaught and President Forbes just for those watching at home we're just we're gonna come right back to legal and legislative but we do have a public hearing that was noticed that was supposed to start at 730 on one particular item so we'll just see if anyone is here to speak to that item then we'll recess appropriations and go back to legal and legislative this meeting is being recorded in accordance with the open meeting law so it can be watched on an MTV on TV and also streaming and it will be available through the city of Melrose website moving forward at this time we do have a public hearing regarding the classification of property scheduled for 730 p.m. so can I have a motion to open the public hearing for public comment purposes second we have a motion made by counselors work Oh second my advice to your boys LL in favor all right any opposed okay so we will open the floor for anyone who is here to speak tonight on the classification of property item that is in it's on our agenda seeing no
