Do we need to recess this meeting for the public hearing that's supposed to start at 7.30 for appropriations or am I, do I have that wrong? We have a public hearing tonight on the classification of property that's scheduled for 7.30. We do. So I think we need to recess just to open that for the public hearing and then we can come back to this meeting.
