Zwirko: you mr. president I would move for passage of this however I'm remiss to say that I noticed two scrivener's errors that I should have caught a week ago that I did not so I just just some housekeeping keep keeping here please on my part we still have Board of Aldermen that is written in the order itself I just like to update that to City Council to reflect the body that we now are and then in the definition section it's not alphabetized correctly I placed director above compostable which we just need to drop so just you know to tidy things up I'd like to move to further amend the order at this time with those two noted changes and again apologies on the author's part council's worker has made a motion to amend the

Zwirko: you i will now move for passage of this order and i and i would like to say um as we reach this vote you know this order was filed in august but much of the work for this order happened in the months and weeks way before it was even filed testament to the um which was then called the melrose recycling committee is now zero waste melrose and a lot of the work of the folks here in this horseshoe as well as in the public generally and true to the case of the zero waste motors group just because this order passes the work doesn't end just like when we took care of the plastic bags in here in melrose the work still continues and we go forth knowing that this is is a momentous occasion for the city so i just wanted to say thank you and i'm very proud of this order and the work of my colleagues to get this passed second the motion for passage as
