I just want to be able to take the opportunity thank the city of Melrose and the administration for doing the digging and finding the source document from April 2000 that shows the original adoption of chapter 33 section 59. this is a positive outcome for veterans in the city of Melrose anybody that comes to the clerk's office that is looking for that source document it will be available to them again I appreciate everybody involved to make this happen I do recommend that we move this to the city council with a motion to
