▶ 38:12 Manjula Karamcheti: Oh, just wanted to make a comment, uh, related to Councilor Chen, uh, information. The Engine 2 neighborhood meeting that was scheduled for this week is now gonna be rescheduled for Thursday, March 5th at 4:00 PM with Ms. Gaffey.

▶ 38:32 Bradley Freeman: Seeing none, moving on to a new agenda item. This was at the suggestion of Councilor Vandiver, and I think it's an excellent suggestion to provide an opportunity for councilors to provide updates on community meetings they've attended or make some acknowledgements they want for various activities or events in the city. So I want to open this up, but I do first want to just echo something Councilor Finocchiaro said during the appropriations meeting, and just publicly thank DPW for all the work they've done. Um, it's been a very long five or six weeks for them. They've done an incredible job. If you drive into other towns, you really appreciate all the work that Melrose has done on this. So I just want to thank DPW for all they've done. Hear, hear. With that, are there any updates from any councilors?

I'd like to make an update on the Summit Avenue development, which is going to the Zoning Board of Appeals on March 11th, and that's their final time to make a, uh, a decision on behalf of the city. Is there a way to share the screen, or should we not worry about it?
