This is a committee of the whole. I am the chair, Councillor Lipper-Garabedian, and I'm joined tonight by Vice Chair Councillor Cinella, as well as members Councillor Tramontozzi, Councillor McMaster, Councillor McNaught, Councillor Eccles, Councillor Garipay, Councillor Migliorelli, excuse me. Councillor Stewart, Councillor Thomas and President Grigoraitis. In accordance with the open meeting law our meeting is being recorded and is broadcast live on MMTV tonight. It's also streaming online and will be available through the City of Melrose website thereafter. At this time I would entertain a motion for
