This is a full, this is a committee meeting of the full Melrose City Council. I am the chair, City Councillor Kate Lipper-Garabedian, and I'm joined tonight by Vice Chair Cinella, as well as members, City Councillors Tramontozzi, McMaster, McNaught, Eccles, Garipay, Migliorelli, Stewart, Thomas, and President Grigoraitis. This meeting is being recorded in accordance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law and is available on MMTV both on television and streaming and it will be available through the City of Melrose website hereafter.
