▶ 0:06 Christopher Cinella: Good evening. The hour being 7 o'clock. This is the meeting of the Appropriations Committee. I am City Councilor Cinella, the Vice Chair. Councilor Lipper-Garabedian could not be with us this evening. But joining me tonight, we have Councilor Tramontozzi, Councilors McNaught, Councilor Eccles, Councilor Garipay, Councilor Migliorelli, Councilor Stewart, Councilor Thomas and Councilor or President Krigeraitis. So this provides a notice of a quorum for the record and in accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on our cable access channel which will also be available for viewing. At this time I'd entertain a motion for public comment.
