▶ 0:01 Leila Migliorelli: Good evening. The time is 7 p.m. This is a meeting of the Finance Committee. I'm Councillor Lila Migliorelli, the Chair. Joining me are Vice Chair, Councillor Stewart, and voting members, Councillor Garipay, Councillor Lipper-Garabedian, Councillor McMaster, and President Grigoraitis, ex officio, and non-voting members, Councillor Cinella, Councillor Eccles, Councillor McNaught, and Councillor Thomas. in accordance with open meeting law the meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel tv mmtv as well as live streamed on the mmtv website and available available for future viewing through the city of melrose meetings portal and now we will proceed to public comment which is a portion of the meeting wherein any member of the public may come forward to speak to any items on the agenda motion to open the floor for public comment second
