I am Counselor Cinella, the chair, and joining me tonight are voting members, Vice Chair Migliorelli, Counselor Tramontozzi, McMaster, McNaught, Eccles, Garipay, Stewart, Counselor Thomas could not be with us this evening, but we have Counselor Jamaleddine and President Grigoraitis.
