▶ 0:44 Leila Migliorelli: order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and um in the governor's march 15 2020 order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place this is the meeting of the city council appropriations committee that will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible we will post an audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and local cable access government channels mmtv as always public input on matters before the city council is always welcome and can continue to be submitted via email to city council at city of melrose.org
