▶ 5:00 Jeff McNaught: Good evening. Time is 6.15 p.m. on March 30th, 2020. This is a meeting of the Legal and Legislative Committee. I'm Counselor McNaught, the chair of this committee. Joining me are Vice Chair Tramontozzi, Voting Council Members Sinella Eccles-Migliorelli, and President Ex Officio Grigoraitis.

▶ 5:38 Jeff McNaught: Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020, order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the Governor's March 15, 2020, order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, This meeting of the Moro City Council Legal and Legislative Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
